Unoccupied installations should have their power supplies switched off for safety reasons.
Only one power supply per unit from the socket box is permitted, one unit not being allowed to be connected from another.

Unoccupied Material : Management reserves the right to charge 100% escalation for unoccupied material during high season.
Visits : These must be completed by the time the reception is closed.
Visitors are not allowed to enter the camp area with their vehicle, except in the case of a disabled person.

Loss of Card: The fee established in the rules of procedure is charged.

Hot Water Schedule: 8:00 AM to 23:00 PM Reduction of showers and blocks: When the number of users justifies it, the number of booths with hot water showers as well as the number of blocks may be reduced.

Minors: Minors under 16 years old may only attend the park when accompanied by a legal representative or an adult who is responsible for them.

Beach: The Costa Nova campsite has access to the beach in the extreme west of the park.
The access to the beach by the campsite is exclusive to registered campers, but the beach is not private and is not concessioned.
Therefore, the safety of the campers on the beach is their exclusive responsibility.
It is forbidden to make fire outside the existing places inside the campsite and destined for that purpose.
Do not destroy or molest trees, plants or other property.
It is forbidden to use vegetation (branches of canes trees, and others) for the use of barbecues or any other equipment.

Animal Access: The Costa Nova Campsite allows the access of animals upon payment of the current fee and presentation of the updated veterinary bulletin.
Dogs must always remain on a leash and their hygiene is the owners’ responsibility.
Owners take full responsibility for their pets.

Gêrencia declines any responsibility in case of accidents, theft, robbery or damage to campers or their equipment.
The responsibility for such acts, should always be imputed to their authors or guardians, in case of minors.
Our employees are responsible for enforcing the park’s internal regulations, please respect their instructions.
